A dream Deferred

What happens to a dream deferred?

Does it dry up
like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester lke a sore-
And then run?

Does it stink like rotten meat?

Or crust and sugar over-
like a syrupy sweet?

Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.
Or does it explode?

What happens to your hopes?

Does it freeze
like the snow in the winter?
Or break like old concrete
And then turn to dust?
Does it taste like rotten fruit?
Or sweet and soft
like a gum?

Maybe it just pops
like bubbles.
Or does it disappears?

What I'm trying to say is what happens when a
hope is not accomplish. Does all this things happened to that hopes.
Because they are not accomplish they disappears and forgotten.

This was something important for them because they were not satisfied on how they were treaded. They did not had justice. They were not treaded equally like the rest of the people. So they would be satisfied until they had what they want. This is important to me because he was giving them hopes to never give up. Always try the best to make them be heard. To finally make them satisfied.

American Dream

My mom's American Dream was to come to the United States and work. To gives my brothers, sisters and me the best. She is really happy knowing that she had accomplished
this dream. One thing is that she still want to accomplish another dreams that she has. That
is to learn how to speak English. As also to become an American Citizen so she could
bring my two sister that live in Mexico.



One of my dad's dream is to have a better job. In order to finished the payment of the house faster. He wants to have all of his family in the United States. Another dream of his is he want to have all of his kids to be professional as to have a career. Which is half way completed! My bad want to become an American Citizen also. This are the dreams that he want to come true.

Immigrants

I would say that undocumented immigrants should be allowed to stay. I mean why not? They are here in order to work. As also to see their families or have an education. Understand, that they are here for their needs. Don't we live in the same world? Pretend a lady comes in to your house and you do not know that lady. So you would kick her out of your house. But before you do that she tells you that she has done the laundry, swept the floor and wash the dishes. She has done everything that you do not like to do. You would like her to stay so she could do it for you. So is the same as undocumented immigrants they do the hard work that most people do not like to do.

It would be horrible for immigrants if they are not allowed to stay. Like most of them have their child born in the United States. They would have to leave them all by themselves. The kids would be without their parents and the parents without their kids. Out of the United States do not have the same tools as here. They come for an surgery or medicine that is needed.

In my conclusion all people should be treated equally. We are all the same, we are humans. In your opinion why should undocumented immigrants be allowed to stay or why not? “Remember, remember always, that all of us...are descended from immigrants and revolutionists,” said Franklin D. Roosevelt the thirty-second President of the United States.

The goals

My first goal that I have accomplish was to teach my nephew to walk.
Now he knows how to walk by himself. He still falls down but his getting
the hang of it. He learn fast because everyday I would grave his hang and walk him around the house. And sometimes I left him to walk by himself.



My second goal was to make more friends. I made about 10 new friends or more I am not sure. The new friends are really funny and I like that because I love to laugh. But the good is that I did accomplish this goal by talking more. To not be afraid to talk. I really like to have a lot of friends, its fun. I still would like to make more friends.



Finally the last goals that I accomplish are to have a fun year and learn more. So far I am having a fun year. Its fun because I have new friends. They make me laugh all the time. Also because I'm having fun in class and learning at the same time.
